DUAL SEAL
Our dual seal system helps Super Spacer insulating glass units last up to five times longer in durability tests than single-seal units. A dual-seal unit is constructed using a combination of a sealant that functions mainly as a high-strenght adhesive and a second sealant, which is used primarily as a moisture vapor seal. |

DURABILITY Our all-foam formula offsets the effects of temperature changes, barometric pressure, wind load and glazing pressure. The end result is less seal failure and it will not crack from expansion and contraction. |

ARGON OR KRYPTON GAS FILLS To maximize the insulating performance or our SolarGreen window units, we fill the space between the layers of glass with Argon or Krypton gas. These slow-moving gases are safe, odourless and transparent. Acting as an enhanced barrier, these gases reduce heat transfer between the indoors and outdoors, resulting in increased thermal performance and improved sound barrier. With Becker SolarGreen windows interior temperature near the window is more consistent, eliminating scorched leaves and stunted plant growth. Your plants will thank you! |
