THE FLEXACRON HR COLOUR COATING PROCESS FEATURES:

• Developed Specifically for Vinyl extrusions by PPG Industries Inc.. so unique its patented.
• Two component elastomeric polyurethane coating consisting of pilment & clear curing agent.
• Cures to form protective film providing toughness, flexability and durability which resists harmful effects of ultraviolet light, pollutants and acid rain.
• "Permablast" surface preparation technique cleans surface of release agents and roughens surface area to maximize adhesion of paint to the vinyl.
• Variation in colors and suface shine may occur in different products and material. May not be exact match to your existing finishing colors.
• Exposure to sunlight, air pollutsnts and normal atmospheric conditions may cause surfaces to discolorate on different products or suffer an accumulation of surface dirt or stains. It is to be expected with all exterior building materials. The degree may vary, depending on the elevation and the darkness in the color.
• "Notable fade" is defined as a change of more than 7 Delta E units in less than 3 year period, measured according to the UCS Hunter system.
