We had numerous quotes for windows and a patio door. With customer service being a high priority we decided to go with Becker Windows based on our visit with Simon. On the day of installation we were called twice to let us know that the crew was running a little late due to weather. Once they arrived they were very professional, exceptionally polite and very informative. They cleaned so well that you wouldn`t have known they were here. We love the new look of the windows. We`d use them again if ever needed and would recommend them to others. Thank you to Simon and the installers on a wonderful job!

Fantastic!! Simon / Alex and the entire crew were great. From spending time with assessment, ensuring all options were clear and then the follow-up with measurements etc towards installation and more follow-ups to check on satisfaction. I cannot begin to describe what fantastic experience it was from start to finish. Simon and the Becker team were punctual and extremely professional. The installation of windows and doors only needed a day and after they thoroughly cleaned up. The other estimates I received from other companies included much of the same form Becker, however, Becker managed / handled the complete rip out and replacement with custom windows without other contractors. The wood on our 50 year old windows were rotting and in very poor condition so I did not want to simply wrap the outside seals with aluminum like other companies said they would do. Now, it looks amazing and I finally cannot only see, but `hear` the difference. I highly recommend Becker Window & Doors along with Simon and his team to anyone who is considering having their windows and/or doors replaced. It was a completely stress free experience.
